This is to advise you that, effective this date, Farmers Exchange has been sold to CITYBLOCK HOLDINGS 3, LLC, a Georgia limited liability company (“Purchaser”).

Effective immediately, please make all rental payments payable to: Cityblock.  The balance of any security deposit you made at the time of signing your lease has also been transferred to Purchaser, and Purchaser is solely responsible for returning any security deposit to which you are entitled at the termination of your lease.

Additionally, effective immediately, Cobblestone Property Management Group is no longer the manager of Farmers Exchange.  The new manager of Farmers Exchange is CITYBLOCK PROPERTIES, INC.
