We encourage tenants to customize their living spaces to their liking. Any decoration that will have a permanent impact on the property must be approved by management in writing. Any decorations that need to be hung on the wall may be done by hammering a small nail (that is especially designed for pictures sold at hardware stores) into the wall.
ALTERATIONS:
Alterations are any changes to your unit from the move in condition. Some of the commonly desired alterations are Paint color, addition of wall fixtures, addition of wall racks and addition of a screen door. Each alteration will be evaluated on a case by case basis. Most approval is given with a condition that all work be performed by a licensed and insured contractor.
