REPORTING MAINTENANCE

We must have your maintenance requests in writing. It could be in the form of online submittal, email or regular mail. You can definitely call us to give us a heads up especially if it’s an emergency. Your maintenance items should be reported as soon as it is noticed. Maintenance requests should be reported early in the day. Late afternoon calls may be handled the next day or late Friday calls may be handled the next Monday. Normally a feedback email will be sent to you from maintenance, if an item has not been addressed properly, please re-report the item to maintenance.

The tenant is usually responsible for maintenance charges if maintenance is requested and no cause for maintenance is found. Tenants are encouraged to investigate the problem and provide management with as much information as possible including pictures. In many cases we may call you and try to talk you through a particular maintenance issue that is minor in nature.
