If ANY damage to your belongings happens as a result from an appliance (as stated in the lease) CityBlock is NOT to be held responsible. We highly recommend you purchase tenant insurance.
If the appliance is within warranty period- we HAVE to go through the warranty company to have it fixed. If we fix it ourselves the warranty is VOID- this can take longer than normal.
IF the appliance has to be replaced, it can take up to 2 weeks for the order to be delivered. If you have gone through these necessary measures and your appliance is still not working, put in a work order through the online maintenance portal for appliance repair. Again, this is NOT an emergency and the repair company will be out as soon as possible.
