We encourage tenants to customize their living spaces to their liking. Any decoration that will have a permanent impact on the property must be approved by management in writing. Any decorations that need to be hung on the wall may be done by hammering a small nail (that is especially designed for pictures sold at hardware stores) into the wall. Hanging pictures and putting up posters may have costly consequences to tenants when it is time to move out. Usually for pictures and posters, holes are made on the wall for nails and adhesive or tape is put on the wall. We recommend that you use adhesive putty for posters and photos; this will save you costly repairs.
