Off street parking may be available dedicated to your home. Sometimes it might seem like that the parking is for you but in fact it might be your neighbor’s, so if there is any confusion, ask management. Do not park anywhere other than hard or gravel surface, parking on grass or landscape is strictly prohibited. Damage to the lawn or landscape due to vehicle parking will be charged to the tenant. If a parking plan is made part of your lease, refer to the parking plan for guidance.
