Each unit is equipped with a circuit breaker in case of power overload. If you lose the electricity in your apartment, check to see if the circuit breakers are all in the “ON” position. Wait approximately five minutes before you reset the breaker (Turn “off’, then “on”). In case of a general POWER FAILURE, please report difficulties to your power/electric company. Do not force a circuit breaker in the on position or tape the breaker in the on position, it may cause a fire. Light bulbs will be supplied upon initial occupancy, but replacement bulbs are the residents’ responsibility. Do not use multiple outlet plugs or overload a circuit creating a fire hazard. Any installation of any fixtures must be approved by management. If you are unable to find the circuit breaker box, please call management.
